process reel with double-skin flanges and curly edge.
While,
if the stranding machine is not high-speed machine, the single flange pressed
steel reel can be used.

The reels for cage stranding machine
Reel
with single wall rimmed flange in pressed steel is the most commonly used for
this type stranding machine.
